December Goals
I haven’t done this in a while but I need to be more active on Tumblr. Just sayin. Goals for DECEMBER! Drink 2+ liters of water a day. Get to the gym at least 5-6 times a week, switching up my routine to 3x Cardio (Running, Spinning, Cross trainer, Stairmaster, ect.) 3x Strength (mostly toning Abs, Arms, Legs, Butt) Try squeezing in Yoga once a week.  Try a new healthy restaurant...

I made cookies and forgot to take a picture! ING NY Marathon and Expo
Congrats to any followers, friends, and finishers of the ING NY Marathon today! I myself did not participate but me and my bf did make it over to Central Park to watch and cheer at the finish line… However, I did get to make it over to the Health Expo at the Javits Center which was a runners dream.
