December Goals
I haven’t done this in a while but I need to be more active on Tumblr. Just sayin.
Goals for DECEMBER!
Drink 2+ liters of water a day.
Get to the gym at least 5-6 times a week, switching up my routine to 3x Cardio (Running, Spinning, Cross trainer, Stairmaster, ect.) 3x Strength (mostly toning Abs, Arms, Legs, Butt)
Try squeezing in Yoga once a week.
Try a new healthy restaurant...
