Herbal Cleanse= Colon Blow??? I have recently been into fresh juice lately so when I passed by The Juice Press I got excited… Until I saw all the cold pressed juices for like $11. I know it’s super healthy but that’s expensive… Instead I grabbed the herbal cleanse $5. Now reading it I’m kinda scared of the warning label :-/ I don’t want a quick fix for dropping weight but I do need to clean all the toxins out of my body. We shall see how it works… Side note, I’ve only recently been starting to get into this kind of stuff. One of my internships are big health nuts… The company gets free yoga classes (which I tried out today), all organic fruits and snacks for the office… So it’s wearing off, and I always love learning and trying out new things when it comes to health and nutrition so why not ;)
