
I haven’t done this in a while but I need to be more active on Tumblr. Just sayin.
Goals for DECEMBER!
- Drink 2+ liters of water a day.
- Get to the gym at least 5-6 times a week, switching up my routine to 3x Cardio (Running, Spinning, Cross trainer, Stairmaster, ect.) 3x Strength (mostly toning Abs, Arms, Legs, Butt)
- Try squeezing in Yoga once a week.
- Try a new healthy restaurant once a week.
- Set aside an hour per day reseaching/applying to jobs.
- No eating after 7:30pm.
- Read at least one book this month.
- Reconnect with friends.
- Start planning trips for my 2012! (Hoping for Austin, Seattle, and Albuquerque Balloon Festival)
