My friend "toofatforrainboots" reblogged your before and after pic. Wow..just wow you look great. Congrats on your weightloss and thank you at the same that you want to help others. I've fallen off the wagon so early in the game. I need all the motivation I can get. I dont need to loose 80lbs only 60lbs but its still alot. So far I've only lost 10lbs since "MAY" thats ridiculous were close to the end of August. I have a 5k coming up end of September , I liked to lose 10 more before the race. Hey! I just visited your page. I’m from FL too! And thank you so much for the kind words! Reading your message actually made me want to really try harder at blogging regularly. I don’t want to disappoint someone who’s counting on me lol. I think I lost 10lbs just from starting the C25K program. But I get where you’re coming I noticed a huge difference in my running and speed just from sheading a few pounds. You can do it :D
