
I am about to do all four today. I woke up today at 6:30am and headed for the gym. I ran 3miles and did some light lifting and abs. Getting back into the gym/weights is tough! I have to really push myself next week because I am going to let my gym membership go until probably winter when I won’t be able to run outside. I have really been missing my uni’s gym… if you’re in college take advantage of your gym. My gym here cost too much, doesn’t have any good group classes around my schedule, and is a 15 min walk, that’s 30 minutes out of my workout time!
Besides running I need to think of alternatives to the gym that will also mix up my workout routine. I kind of want to try cross fit and definitely Zumba and Spinning again :D
Ok now I’m ready for my sleep, it has been a long week! Night!
